All customer data is transferred securely using HTTPS (SSL connection) from the android app and Vizitator web application to secure cloud and servers. Vizitator keep its customer data private and secure. Only a small group of MediaAgility employees have access to this data. For MediaAgility employees, access rights and levels are based on their job function and role, They are only granted a limited set of default permissions to access company resources. Within customer organizations, administrative roles and privileges for Vizitator are configured and controlled by the customer. This means that individual team members can perform specific administrative functions without gaining access to all settings and data. Role-based administration allows vizitator customers to provide the right access to specified team members on company or location-specific levels.
Vizitator allows login through OTP , users receive six digit secured OTP on his/her registered mobile number. This can greatly reduce the risk of unauthorized access if a user’s password is compromised. Verification codes are delivered on a one-time basis to a user’s registered mobile number. Vizitator supports OAuth 2.0 Connect, an open protocol for authentication and authorization. This allows customers to configure one single sign-on service (SSO). Users can log on to Vizitator through Single Sign on or through Mobile OTP.
